The Role

We are thrilled to be hiring our Vice President, Sales!

As Nabla’s very first VP Sales, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and shape our GTM efforts, building on our successes with major US health systems and wide reaching channel partners.

You’ll be heavily focused on our US market business, though ultimately will lead our global sales initiatives. You’ll lead a sales team comprising of direct and channel enterprise & mid market sales executives, and you’ll collaborate closely with the leadership team.

  • Is highly team oriented, and loves coaching and supporting their team to success. Coaching & leadership isn’t something you do as part of your job, it’s what gets you up in the morning.
  • Thrives in fast-moving, constantly evolving startups. You love the build, and have done it successfully enough times to know how to scale a team and help scale the whole organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales & partnership teams in the US and internationally (with primary focus on US markets) to reach and achieve revenue targets
  • Coach your team to success, and view their wins as yours. Ensure a constant, productive feedback loop, and a working environment built on trust, teamwork, and a strong sense of shared purpose and goals.
  • Establish, evolve and maintain strong sales processes, including deal structure, pricing model, proposal approach, and CRM best practices
  • Evolve and maintain strong communication and seamless handoffs between your team and other teams supporting your mission (marketing, product, customer success)
  • Acquire and maintain expertise in Nabla and our market, building your presence and our brand alike in the market as you represent Nabla at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Full ownership and accountability for revenue strategy, pipeline, and results

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Minimum 5 + years of selling experience as a full cycle Account Executive navigating US healthcare sales in a startup environment
  • Minimum 3 + years in full time sales management at a startup in the US healthcare market
  • Strong track record as an inspiring and effective leader and coach
  • Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including familiarity with acute care, outpatient settings and specialty care
  • Proven record of delivering results through strategic customer relationships with health systems, achieving sales goals, and creating referenceable outcomes for customers.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility internally and externally
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
