Nabla respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our Platform and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
This privacy policy is provided in a layered format so you can click through to the specific areas set out below. This policy (together with our terms and conditions) applies to your visits to the platform located at pro.nabla.com (the Platform)

Depending on the level of your engagement with the Platform, we may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you as follows:
Identity Data: |
Includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier, title, and date of birth. This is information you provide to us when you create an account on the Platform. Creating and maintaining an account is necessary to enable you to work with Nabla. |
Contact Data: |
Includes email address and telephone numbers. It also includes the content of your communications when using the Platform. We require this information to enable you to communicate with us and for our regulatory and legal compliance obligations. |
Technical Data: |
In relation to the use of the the Platform, this includes: the type of mobile device you use, a unique device identifier (for example, your device’s IMEI number, the MAC address of the device’s wireless network interface, or the mobile phone number used by the device), mobile network information, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile browser you use, time zone setting. In relation to the use of the Platform, this includes: internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access the Website and/or the Platform |
Profile Data: |
Includes your username and password. This is all data that relates to your interactions with us. It is necessary to provide you with your registered account service. |

Includes details of your use of the Platform, including but not limited to, traffic data and other communication data, and the resources that you access. We collect this data to monitor and measure the performance of the Platform. |
Financial Data |
Includes your bank account details. We collect this data to pay you when you provide services to Nabla. |
Qualifications and Professional Data |
Includes: (a) the qualifications you have been awarded, including the relevant institution(s), subject(s) and grade(s); (b) your registration with any professional body or register and any relevant renewal information; (c) your employment history and any cover or personal statement you provide to us; (d) details of relevant insurance policies you hold (e.g. general liability insurance, professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance); and (e) details of any claims or complaints made against you in relation to your clinical practice. We collect this data to assess your application to work at Nabla and for our legal and regulatory compliance obligations. |
Criminal Offence Data |
We will require a Disclosure and Barring Service check (DBS Check) from you before you can work at Nabla. |
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Platform feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
Most of the personal data that we process about you will be provided by you, for example during registration on the Platform or applying for a job or consulting contract with us. The provision of such information is voluntary, but if you cannot provide it to us, you may not be able to work with Nabla. Each time you visit the Platform we will automatically collect personal data including Technical Data and Usage Data. We collect this data using cookies and other similar technologies. We do transfer certain Aggregated Data to the USA (however for the avoidance of doubt, such does not contain any personal data) to help us improve our services to you and other users of the Website and the Platform.

We may retain your personal data for a longer period if you make a complaint under this privacy policy or our terms and conditions, or if we have a reasonable belief that litigation may arise in relation to our relationship with you. We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it could take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
