Head of Acquisition UK

We are looking for an experienced head of acquisition to help scale Nabla’s brand as the leading women’s healthcare app in the UK.

You will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of consumer campaigns which resonate with the brand and target audience and drive acquisition efforts.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have 3+ years experience in consumer marketing, running multichannel campaigns for a high-profile brand. Direct experience in a brand focused on female consumers is a plus.
  • Be passionate about the social media (active user of Instagram, Snapchat, etc), aware of current trends and eager to work with influencers to develop innovative campaigns
  • Be a self-starter that thrives on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight and anticipating needs
  • Be concrete and operationally motivated - ready to handle day-to-day tasks - while also able to function at a high strategic level
  • Be passionate about Nabla’s mission

What You Will Do

  • Plan and deliver high-impact consumer campaigns which resonate with the brand and target audience across multiple touchpoints (media, socials, physical events, etc)
  • Identify, cultivate and strengthen relationships with influencers and brands, so that they become followers and advocates of Nabla
  • Define content strategies on social media to increase the follower base and develop channels that strengthen engagement
  • Develop measurable KPIs and track the performance of campaigns to provide data-backed insights to optimize campaigns and find new opportunity areas
  • Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
  • Develop and share channel marketing best practices and benchmarks
