Account Executive

Healthcare systems around the world are collapsing. Staffing shortages and excessive administrative burden have resulted in 1 in 4 clinicians wanting to leave the workforce, with a projected shortfall of 18 million practitioners expected by 2030. This situation has led to a significant decline in the quality of doctor-patient relationships.

Nabla’s mission is to repair this relationship by building AI technology that will give physicians their most valuable resource back: their time. To that end, we are building Nabla Copilot whose goal is to automate administrative tasks so that clinicians can focus on their patients and the quality of care.

Nabla has raised $42M in funding. After successful deployments to large health systems, Nabla is seeking to grow the business team with highly motivated and experienced professionals to join as Account Executive. This role is instrumental in driving the success of Nabla's commercial effort.


  • Take the lead in identifying and engaging with health systems to introduce Nabla Copilot, aiming to expand the reach and opportunities for Nabla Copilot.
  • Cultivate leads, both outbound and inbound, to ensure a robust and active pipeline for Nabla Copilot. Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in health systems and physician-led networks.
  • Conduct compelling introductory and demo meetings - in collaboration with the product team - with potential clients, showcasing the value of Nabla Copilot.
  • Collaborate with health systems to implement pilot programs, measure their impact, and seamlessly transition successful pilots into long-term customer agreements.
  • Formulate and execute account plans, working closely with customers to create roadmaps for the full deployment of Nabla Copilot and plan for future expansion.
  • Work closely with various teams, including product, support, legal, and marketing, to ensure the success of our customers and enable a cohesive customer experience.
  • Proactively expand and strengthen your network of relationships to identify and generate new opportunities for Nabla Copilot.
  • Actively influence our product roadmap based on customer needs and feedback, ensuring alignment with market demands.

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have 3-5 years of experience as an account executive within the healthcare industry
  • Have a track record of delivering results through strategic customer relationships with health systems, achieving sales goals, and creating referenceable outcomes for customers.
  • Are adept at navigating within large organizations with shifting priorities, thriving in an environment of change and ambiguity.
  • Are excellent communicators and have great collaboration skills.
  • Are learning, organized, and passionate about contributing to the growth of Nabla.
